Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for our organization. This includes online advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and other digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to drive online engagement and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor and optimize email performance through analytics.
- Coordinate content creation for various digital channels (blog, website, social media, etc.).
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and ROI to achieve maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:
