Proven experience in transportation or logistics, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and traffic laws in Qatar.
Familiarity with fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and logistics software.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of drivers.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting operational goals and resolving transportation challenges.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
Proficiency in using computer applications and transportation-related software.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
