Job Summary: The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. They lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with various departments, and leverage market insights to create impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Plan, create, and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, events, and more.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Create compelling and persuasive marketing content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals.
  • Generate reports and presentations to provide insights on marketing performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be available in Qatar with valid RP and transferrable NOC
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or marketing certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8 years) in marketing, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific marketing considerations is advantageous.
