1. No Refund Policy for Employers
All payments made by employers or companies for any subscription plan, job posting package, or promotional feature on QatarJobs.qa are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
Subscription packages (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Featured or premium job listings
Sponsored employer branding services
Candidate access or database unlocking
Any add-ons or paid upgrades
Once payment is processed, no partial or full refunds will be issued, regardless of usage status, hiring results, or early cancellation.
2. Subscription Validity
Your selected plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle. Early termination of your account or services does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations (e.g., duplicate payments, technical error during billing), QatarJobs.qa may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit such a request, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
Please note that approvals are solely at the discretion of our billing team, and submission does not guarantee a refund.
