Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Admin Secretary will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate should be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Manage the booking of travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

3,000 - 4,000 QAR
