As a Business Centre Manager based in Doha, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a business center facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the center while providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients. Key responsibilities include:
Facility Management:
Manage the overall operations of the business center, including maintenance, security, cleanliness, and upkeep of the premises.
Supervise and coordinate facility services such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts.
Tenant and Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Assist in the leasing and onboarding process of new tenants, including conducting tours and negotiating lease agreements.
Business Operations:
Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record-keeping.
Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver services and support to tenants.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of administrative staff and support personnel.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to the team.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper coverage to meet operational requirements.
Business Development and Marketing:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain tenants, including marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the business center's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in facility management, property management, or related roles.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in business software applications, including MS Office.
Familiarity with leasing and contract negotiations is an advantage.
Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Doha is desirable.
