Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Support for IT. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate issues as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies related to our industry

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
