Job Overview: 

The role of an Email Marketer involves planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage a target audience. 

Responsibilities:

   - Develop and implement an overall email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

   - Define target audiences and segmentation strategies for effective campaign targeting.

   - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.

   - Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with marketing objectives.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across different channels.

   - Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

   - Create compelling and engaging content for email campaigns, including copywriting and visuals.

   - Ensure that email content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging standards.

   - Manage and grow the email subscriber list through various channels.

   - Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.

   - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

   - Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

   - Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline campaigns and enhance user experience.

   - Utilize personalization techniques to deliver customized content based on user behavior and preferences.

   - Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and standards, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

   - Monitor and optimize email deliverability to minimize bounces and ensure successful email delivery.

   - Continuously test and optimize email campaigns for improved performance.

   - Implement feedback loops to gather insights from subscribers and adjust strategies accordingly.

   - Collaborate with other marketing teams, such as content, social media, and design, to create cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

    - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.

- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
