Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all operations of our FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the business to ensure overall success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase company profitability
  • Manage and direct all departments including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve company objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with market changes to adapt business strategies accordingly
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the company's market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and investors
  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role in FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel as needed
