Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an IT Sales and Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services, as well as providing exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both sales and IT support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

   - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IT sector.

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

   - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

   - Stay updated on the latest IT products and services.

   - Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.

   - Provide product demonstrations and presentations.

   - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.

   - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, offering timely and effective solutions.

   - Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues.

   - Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service.

   - Manage and update customer accounts, including tracking support issues and resolutions.

   - Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

   - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.

Qualifications:

   - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

   - Proven experience in IT sales and support roles.

   - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

   - Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting IT hardware and software.

   - Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and software applications.

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

   - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

   - Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

   - Ability to analyze and solve technical problems efficiently and effectively.

   - Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs.

   - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
