As a Laundry Supervisor based in Qatar, you will oversee the operations of a laundry facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality laundry services. Your role will involve managing a team, coordinating daily activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Team Management:

Supervise and lead a team of laundry staff, including laundry attendants, technicians, and other support staff.

Assign duties and responsibilities, provide training and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.

Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any employee-related issues.

Daily Operations:

Ensure the smooth functioning of the laundry facility, including receiving, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging of laundry items.

Plan and organize workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor and control equipment operation, maintenance, and repairs, and coordinate with technical staff when needed.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that laundry services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Inspect finished laundry items for cleanliness, stains, damages, or other issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.

Monitor the performance of laundry equipment, troubleshoot any problems, and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Inventory Management:

Maintain adequate inventory levels of laundry supplies, detergents, fabric softeners, and other consumables.

Monitor inventory usage, track stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, loss, or theft.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any laundry-related issues and provide exceptional service to clients.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement proper safety protocols in the laundry facility.
