Job Description

We are currently seeking an Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Assisting with general office tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
