Job Description:
As a Sales Executive for the HORECA segment, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments to promote and sell our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other relevant establishments.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and action plan to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business contacts and promote our products.
Account Management:
Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our products.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the HORECA industry.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain a strong presence, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Executive, preferably within the HORECA industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market, including key players, industry dynamics, and customer needs.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Familiarity with food and beverage products is desirable.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Qatar.
