Job Overview: 

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing online content and web pages to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance the overall visibility of a website. This role involves a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to implement effective search engine optimization strategies.

 Responsibilities: 

   - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the target audience.

   - Analyze competitor keywords and trends to inform content strategies.

   - Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for targeted keywords.

   - Ensure a user-friendly and search engine-friendly site structure.

   - Develop and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.

   - Collaborate with content creators to implement SEO best practices in blog posts, articles, and other content types.

   - Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.

   - Implement technical SEO best practices, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.

   - Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks.

   - Foster relationships with influencers, industry partners, and relevant websites.

   - Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior.

   - Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and insights.

   - Optimize local business listings and ensure accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information.

   - Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.

   - Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.

   - Recommend and implement new strategies based on industry developments.

   - Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.

   - Provide SEO insights for content planning and marketing campaigns.

    - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website user experience and optimize conversion paths.

    - Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.

- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
