We are seeking a talented Web Server Administrator to join our team. As a Web Server Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our company's web servers and related systems. Your main duties will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring uptime, and making necessary upgrades or repairs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of company web servers and related systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Ensure system uptime and availability
• Maintain system security and perform regular backups
• Perform necessary upgrades or repairs as needed
• Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure system integration and compatibility
• Document and maintain accurate records of system changes, upgrades, and issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web server technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in web server administration
• Experience with Apache, Nginx, and other web server technologies
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
