Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative and user-friendly websites and web applications. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to bring our digital projects to life.

Responsibilities:

   - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites.

   - Ensure websites meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and performance.

   - Develop and implement web applications based on business requirements.

   - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

   - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

   - Debug and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

   - Work closely with designers and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

   - Provide technical insights and recommendations during project planning and ideation.

   - Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

   - Integrate and maintain content management systems (CMS) to facilitate content updates and site management.

   - Implement and maintain security best practices for web development.

   - Stay informed about the latest security threats and ensure websites are protected against vulnerabilities.

   - Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and scalability assessments.

   - Implement best practices for website speed and load time.

   - Conduct thorough testing of websites and web applications to identify and resolve issues.

   - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

-Minimum Exp: 3 years on relevent field

- Good knowledge in PHP, Laravel, React JS, Angular JS, HTML5

- Experienced on CMS like Workdpress, Magento, Drupal

- Hands-on experience in WHMCS - Billing system

- Should have good communication skills

- Should work smart and be a decision-maker

- At least 3 projects on live, developed solo.

- Troubleshoot and recovering the website is important 

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.

- Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks.

- Experience implementing responsive and mobile-friendly designs.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 - Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

 - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

 - Relevant certifications in web development or related fields.
