Arabic to English Translator

Desired Candidate Profile

Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

A bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or training in translation are advantageous.

Proven experience as a translator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating translation skills from Arabic to English.

Excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and writing style in both languages.

Familiarity with translation tools, software, and terminologies (e.g., CAT tools, translation memory) is advantageous.

Strong research skills to understand and translate technical or specialized content accurately.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality translations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and team members.

Adaptability and flexibility to work with various content types and subject matters.

Knowledge of Qatar's cultural context, local dialects, and business practices is advantageous.
