Job Overview:

As a Content Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, and contribute to overall marketing goals. This role involves creating, curating, and optimizing content across various channels to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

   - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

   - Define target audience personas and tailor content to address their needs and interests.

   - Create high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.

   - Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and style guidelines.

   - Develop and maintain a content calendar outlining the schedule and topics for content creation and distribution.

   - Coordinate with other teams to align content with product launches, campaigns, and events.

   - Implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.

   - Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content.

   - Develop a distribution strategy for content across multiple channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and third-party platforms.

   - Utilize marketing automation tools for effective content distribution.

   - Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content.

   - Provide regular reports on key content metrics and insights for optimization.

   - Collaborate with other marketing teams, product teams, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.

   - Collect and incorporate input from various stakeholders to enhance content effectiveness.

   - Develop and execute strategies to promote content through paid and organic channels.

   - Identify opportunities for content partnerships and collaborations.

   - Develop content that supports lead generation efforts and guides prospects through the sales funnel.

   - Implement lead magnets and content upgrades to capture audience information.

    - Stay abreast of content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    - Recommend and implement new content strategies based on industry developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience in content marketing or a related role.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content distribution channels.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
