Job Summary Statement: 

The Food Processing Machine Operator position (Fish Processing Factory) is responsible for performing material handling, clean-up, packaging, and other elemental activities related to food and beverage processing. The Food Processing Machine Operator also operates multi-function process control machinery and single-function machines to process and package food products. Responsible for production, quality, and food safety online. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 

Palletizing Area Duties 

• Build pallets. 
• Operate the pallet wrapper. 

Packaging Area Duties 

• Monitor quality issues. 
• Ensure bag date/lot code is correct and legible. 
• Gently load bags into boxes 

Raw Dough Area Duties 

• Monitor dough for quality issues. 
• Adjust dough “streams” when needed. 

Cooked Inspection Area Duties: 

• Monitor the line for quality issues. 

All Position Duties 

• Have acknowledged HACCP requirements and the highest food safety standards at work. 
• Clean and sanitize machines, work areas, and equipment. 
• All positions assist the supervisor with planning start-up and shutdown. 
• Other duties as assigned. 
•  Check products to ensure conformance to company quality and food safety standards. 
• Clear machine blockages as required.
•  Check product quality and packaging “in-process” for basic quality defects. 

Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies: 

• Experience as a machine operator or a laborer in food or beverage processing is an advantage in this position. 

D. Education and Training 

• Completion of secondary school 
• On-the-job training is provided. 
• HACCP Standards Experience 

Other Qualifications

• Filipino National with valid RP and transferable NOC
• Able to join immediately.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Understanding food safety regulations and adhering to hygiene standards to maintain the quality and safety of the food products being processed.
• Attention to the production process, monitor equipment for any abnormalities or malfunctions and ensure proper reporting when the machinery fails to work properly.
• Machinery operators in food production MUST be physically fit.
• Must be adaptable to different production requirements and schedules.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
